Serve as\nthe first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware\/software, all types of\ncomputer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems. Commensurate experience,\ncertification and\/or education. Apply enterprise tool (e.g. Remedy) for help\ndesk support according to established procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum\/General Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Three (3) years of\ntechnical experience in multiple aspects of telecommunications network\narchitecture for private and commercially available applications. Possess\nsubject matter expertise in network integration, network interoperability,\nnetwork implementation, or network protocols. Demonstrates ability to work\nindependently or under general direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Education<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-text-align-center has-theme-red-color has-custom-daylight-background-color\">Position Closed.
