We identify,\nanalyze, mitigate, and manage risks. ITG staff applies disciplined configuration\nmanagement techniques as part of our regular contract implementation activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes to the baselines are managed and tracked.\nWe establish vendor and subcontracting plans, communications and agreements. We\nwork together with our vendors and contract partners to meet agreements and commitments.\nOur staff is required to objectively evaluate the quality of the process and work\nproducts and provide objective insight to management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also carefully track our actual performance\nand progress against our plan. We perform internal and external quality system audits\nthat result in preventive and corrective actions. When results deviate from our\nplans, we take early corrective actions and manage them to closure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By this implementation of our quality management\nsystem, we ensure that ITG always attains, and whenever possible exceeds, the standards\nexpected by our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection, and Testing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From the customer\u2019s standpoint, the most visible activities of the Quality Assurance Department are those aimed specifically at ensuring the company\u2019s courteous, effective, and timely response to contractual requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those quality assurance activities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list wp-block-list\"><li>QA calls to recipients of our products and services to inquire about their level of satisfaction.<\/li><li>Perform maintenance and monthly reporting of customer satisfaction metrics.<\/li><li>Systematic inspection of electronic components at subsystem and system configurations.<\/li><li>Record keeping of all testing performed, including the date, time, and the name of the staff member who completed the activity.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Striving for Quality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Less visible on a day-to-day basis, but equally\nimportant to the long-term quality of our systems and procedures, are the various\nfunctions designed to promote continual improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Quality Assurance activities are focused on prevention of quality deficiencies and analysis of service performance with the goal of responding to customer needs in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The daily monitoring of the customers\u2019 satisfaction is a part of our controlled quality records and is managed by our Quality Assurance Manager, who escalates issues directly to Executive management when identified.
