learn and\ndevelop your skills while you are employed at ITG, the educational assistance program\nprovides funds to help pay for job-related courses, degree programs, seminars, and\ncertifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible to participate in ITG\u2019s educational assistance program are employees\nthat have completed six months of regular, full-time employment. ITG provides up\nto $2500.00 per year per employee for educational assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Internal Trainings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ITG holds internal team training classes to foster a learning environment and share knowledge across teams. Courses include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list wp-block-list\"><li>Documentation Management <ul><li>provides details\non how to manage documents and records as the starting point for managing knowledge\nimportant to ITG<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Internal Audit <ul><li>provides an\noverview of ITG internal audit practices and requirements for auditors<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Corrective Actions<ul><li>provides an\noverview of when correction versus corrective action is needed and how to conduct\ncausal analysis to determine the root cause of an issue<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Information Security Awareness<ul><li>an overview\nof how ITG handles information security and the requirements for personnel related\nto their role in information security<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Risk Management<ul><li>details ITG\u2019s\napproach to risk management including guidance on identifying, monitoring, and managing\nrisks<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Change Management <ul><li>guidance on\nsubmitting requests and deploying approved changes to ITG assets<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Group Insurance Plans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On the first of the month following the start date of your employment, regular\nfull-time employees are automatically eligible to enrol in ITG\u2019s group life insurance\nplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list wp-block-list\"><li>ITG pays the total cost of group life insurance.<\/li><li>The amount of benefits payable under the group life insurance policy is $50,000.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Holidays<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Full-time regular employees will be paid for the holidays observed by ITG.\nWhen a holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday is usually observed.
